Fahad is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel at United Bank Limited (UBL), where he leads the Bank's legal function and its key transactions.

Before joining UBL, he served as Chief Legal Officer of the Engro Group. During his tenure, which began in 2016, he shaped the Group's legal strategy and led the legal work on several landmark transactions, including the Thar coal project, the LNG terminal project, the restructuring of the Engro and Dawood groups, and Engro's acquisition of Deodar from Jazz.

Earlier in his career, he practised with leading law firms, advising on complex, large-scale projects in the oil and gas, fertilizer, infrastructure, mining and power sectors.

An Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan, Fahad holds an LL.B and an LL.M from the United Kingdom
