Ekta Sitani currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Engro Energy Limited, Engro Powergen Qadirpur Limited, and also leads the finance function for Engro Powergen Thar Limited. She has been with Engro since 2020.

A Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), Ekta brings over 18 years of diverse experience across audit and assurance, internal controls, treasury, financial planning, accounting, organizational strategy, and project management. She began her career at Ernst & Young in audit and assurance, before joining Philip Morris International, where she spent over a decade in Pakistan and abroad, holding multiple leadership roles in finance and strategy.

Ekta is known for her ability to build trust, navigate complex challenges with empathy, and foster high-performing teams through collaboration and a solution-oriented mindset.

A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), Ekta actively champions these values across Engro Energy. She is a certified DE&I trainer and has led numerous awareness sessions across the organization to promote inclusive workplace culture.
